Pay securely at checkout.
Merenlo uses Shopify Payments. The options available for your order are shown when you check out — nothing more complicated than that.
Accepted payment methods
Merenlo accepts the following payment methods when they are available at checkout:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
Only rely on the payment options displayed during checkout. If a method is not shown, it is not currently available for your order.
Secure payment processing
We do not store full card details on our website. Payments are handled through Shopify Payments and supported payment providers.
Your payment may be checked by your bank, card provider or payment provider before the order is confirmed.
Payment currency
Prices on our website are shown in GBP (£), unless stated otherwise.
If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional charges. These charges are set by your bank or payment provider, not by Merenlo.
When payment is taken
Payment is usually taken when your order is placed through checkout.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address used during checkout.
Payment issues
If your payment is declined or cannot be completed, please check:
- Your card or payment details
- Your billing address
- Any security checks from your bank or payment provider
- Whether the payment method is available at checkout
If the issue continues, contact your bank or payment provider first. You can also email support@merenlo.co.uk if you need help with your order.
Payments outside checkout
We do not list payment methods that are not active in our checkout.
Do not send payments outside the official Merenlo checkout. We do not accept payments through email, social media messages, manual bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account after the refund has been processed.
