Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

How long does processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6–12 business days. The total estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days from the date the order is placed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our order tracking page. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact support@merenlo.co.uk.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

What items are eligible for return?

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, with original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging where possible.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, email returns@merenlo.co.uk with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for your return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 14 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but only before the order has been processed or shipped. Please contact support@merenlo.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

What if my order has already shipped?

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Please contact support@merenlo.co.uk as soon as possible and include your order number, a short explanation and clear photos of the item and packaging if relevant. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, exchange or refund.

What if an item is missing from my order?

Contact support@merenlo.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the package you received. Our support team will review the issue and assist you.
